HOLMAN WEBB has bolstered its teams in Sydney and Melbourne with the appointment of two new partners, Simon Rigby and George Leonidas.

 
 

Rigby, a former partner of Cosoff Cudmore Knox, has joined the firm’s litigation and dispute resolution group in Sydney. He brings with him 20 years’ experience in commercial disputes, insolvency and defamation, with particular expertise in the litigation of contractual and trade practices matters before the Supreme and Federal courts. He is also experienced in mediation.

Leonidas has joined the firm’s Melbourne recovery and insolvency team. He was formerly a senior associate at Leo Dimos & Associates, and has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial law. He has been involved in both major and minor debt recoveries on behalf of national clients, insolvency bankruptcy and winding up. He also has extensive experience in the area of trade credit.
