Joining as a partner, Rush will advise borrowers, sponsors and lenders on leveraged acquisitions, corporate and project financing transactions. He has expertise in complex, high-value financing transactions, as well as extensive international experience in emerging and developed markets.

Most recently, Rush was a partner in Gaden’s corporate finance team. His previous experience includes working for Baker & McKenzie in London and Santiago, and working as a resident partner in Gaden’s Port Moresby office.
