SYDNEY FIRM Toomey Pegg Drevikovsky has promoted two of its senior associates — Andrew Loel and Wayne Smith — to the position of partner.

 
 

Loel, who has been with the firm since 1992, will now head up the firm’s litigation team. He has broad experience in commercial, asbestos-related and employment litigation.

Smith is a member of the firm’s commercial property team and has extensive experience in property and associated revenue matters. He has been with the firm since 1998.

In addition, Will Ward has been appointed to the position of senior associate. Ward has been a member of the firm’s employment & industrial relations team, advising on a diverse range of employment and industrial relations matters, since 2002.
