INSURANCE EXPERT Ray Giblett has joined Gadens as a partner in the firm’s Sydney office.
He has advised insurers, major banks, corporations and government departments on a range of complex matters including corporate compliance, corporate insurance programs, prudential regulation, agency claims-handling arrangements, distribution and adviser networks, disclosure documentation and corporate governance.
He has also acted in a range of complex commercial litigation matters and has advised in connection with coronial inquests, a special commission of inquiry and in proceedings before the High Court, Federal Court and New South Wales Supreme Court.
