Calvert and Dransfield have joined the firm’s insurance, infrastructure and risk team, Calvert as a consultant and Dransfield as a lawyer. Trained in London, Calvert joins Gadens from international firm Lovells. He advises on construction and infrastructure projects, on procurement and on dispute resolution matters and has spent time in Singapore advising on major projects.

Dransfield specialises in project and contract management. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Dransfield built up 16 years experience in project management and the commercial management of manufacturing, construction and engineering projects.

Michelle Wilde has joined as a lawyer in the firm’s banking and finance group. With experience working in London, Wilde has acted for both international and national banks, mezzanine financiers, credit unions, other financial institutions and property developers.
