“Ainsley has always been intrigued by life’s big moments and helping people navigate both happy and more challenging times,” Mr Creevey said, adding that she works closely with clients to clarify and define their desired outcomes.
“Ainsley is also an experienced estate liquidator capable of acting quickly and decisively to protect clients’ rights. She also has a history as a litigation guardian and has been appointed to act for children or adults with reduced capacity in litigation matters to protect their interest in an estate.”
Ms Savage holds a bachelor of laws (honours) and a bachelor of business (human resources) at Griffith University. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in practical legal training and a master of applied laws in wills and estates.
Commenting on her new appointment, Ms Savage said she was delighted to be leading the wills and estates team at the firm.
“I am very excited about the opportunities with Creevey Russell Lawyers and to work with our clients to achieve successful outcomes. In my experience, estate planning is critical for everybody but particularly for those who have spent a lifetime working on the land and have specific plans for the way their assets should be passed,” she said.
