ADELAIDE-BASED law firm Wallmans Lawyers have announced three new appointments across their ranks.

Tim Graham joins the firm as an associate in the local government team. Advising on councils and local government entities, his work will include governance and policy, risk management, administrative law, planning and environment. Having appeared for councils in a range of prosecution and civil enforcement cases prior to his position with Wallmans, Graham has a solid understanding of the environment in which councils operate and their needs as clients.

In addition to Graham, Leah Annesejoins the firm’s local government outfit. She will advise councils on a diverse range of issues relevant to government practice. Also new to the firm, in the litigation and dispute resolution team is Lina Kolomitseva whose broad legal experience includes insurance, personal injury, contract and family law, after having worked in a boutique firm.
