MELBOURNE-BASED Freehills partner Natalie Gullifer has been elected to the Victorian executive of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (ASFA).

Gullifer specialises in superannuation and financial services. She also advises both trustees and fund administrators on a range of issues, including Australian financial services licensing, disclosure aspects of the corporations legislation, fund transfers and mergers trust law issues, interpretation of fund governing rules and general fund administration.

Gullifer was awarded a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from Monash University. In 2003, she completed ASFA’s Diploma of Superannuation Management at Macquarie University, during which she was awarded prizes in three subjects for achievement of the highest national mark.

Another partner at the firm, Michael Vrisakis, also already serves as a member of the New South Wales executive of ASFA.
