IN A unanimous decision, partners at Sydney-based Carroll & O’Dea have chosen Howard Harrison as the firm’s new managing partner. Harrison has extensive legal experience, having practised for more than 25 years in litigation and dispute resolution.

 
 

Currently legal representative of the Workers Compensation and Workplace Occupational Health and Safety Council of NSW, Harrison is also a member of the inaugural Workers Compensation Commission user group. In a statement about his appointment, he said: “I am strongly committed to maintaining the firm’s culture of service with integrity, and to upholding its values”.
