COMMERCIAL FIRM Home Wilkinson Lowry (HWL) has added Elias Stephen to its growing property practice.

Stephen is experienced in property development projects, the hotels and leisure sector, joint ventures, the acquisition and disposal of investment properties, leasing, transaction structuring and financing.

“The major appeal in joining [HWL] is its position as a full service commercial law firm and capability to serve clients nationally,” Stephen said.

“I am excited at the opportunity to work closely with industry regarded practitioners across the firm to provide tailored services to our clients. HWL’s dynamic culture is a key factor in its success and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s future growth.”

Stephen’s appointment takes the number of HWL national property partners based in Sydney to six.

“[Stephen] has a comprehensive understanding of the various sectors of the property industry as a firm basis to assist our clients to achieve their commercial objectives in this field,” managing partner Juan Martinez said.
