Ms Teed brings with her more than 15 years’ worth of experience in both plaintiff and defendant personal injury litigation as well as serving as a special counsel in 2021 for the firm. Along with her experience, Ms Teed is a member of the Queensland Law Society and Australian Lawyers Alliance.

Philippe Paquet, managing principal at Kingsley Lawyers, said that “Viktoria is a passionate leader who strives to help people seek justice”.

“For more than 15 years, Viktoria has represented clients and conducted claims in all jurisdictions, and she has experience across a range of personal injury practice areas including workers compensation, public liability and motor vehicle claims,” Mr Paquet continued.

Ms Teed previously held positions including an in-house senior solicitor for WorkCover Queensland and principal lawyer and practice group leader for ASX-listed plaintiff firms, being in charge of their workers’ compensation divisions.

“I am excited to continue work with Kingsley Lawson, we are a great team, a family and we support each other in making a difference in our client’s lives.

“I am proud to take on the responsibilities as a principal with a firm that I truly believe cares about staff and clients,” Ms Teed said.

Ms Teed said that she strives to remove the stress surrounding personal injury litigations and obtain quick resolutions to claims.

“While based in our Brisbane office, I like to meet clients face-to-face in their homes and save them the trouble of having to travel. Kingsley Lawson allows its lawyers to be mobile and flexible in best assisting with client circumstances and requirements.”
