Zoe Butler (pictured) has been elevated to senior associate at Osborn Law.

She has worked at the firm since January 2022, prior to which she served at Next Legal and Conveyancing and Travis Partners.

She has a “keen interest” in corporate and commercial law, the firm outlined in a statement, and has assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions; capital raising and corporate governance; drafting and advising on structuring and ownership documents, commercial contracts and loan and security documents; and commercial property, including conveyancing, leasing, and land development.

Speaking about the promotion, Osborn Law managing director Tim Osborn said: “Zoe’s appointment is testament not only to her skills and knowledge but also to her hard work, dedication to clients, and consistent excellence.

“Zoe exemplifies the Osborn Law values through her strong work ethic, evident in her interactions with clients and the entire team. She is also committed to giving back to our community and was instrumental in our team’s participation in Sleepout for Soul this year.

“A beloved member of the OL family, the entire team are thrilled for Zoe and excited to see her take on this new role.”

Butler added that she is “delighted” to join the firm’s leadership team, emphasising her enthusiasm for guiding and developing the team.

“Continuing my career journey at OL under the mentorship of Tim, Christie, and Laura, alongside a team of highly skilled and talented lawyers, is incredibly exciting,” she said.

“I’m eager to further enhance my skills, build relationships with both new and existing clients, expand our new company secretarial service offering and continue to contribute to the firm’s success.”
