Francine Hoyne-Clancy has joined Emplawyer, further strengthening the boutique firm’s employment law practice.

Her employment expertise, along with experience in risk mitigation, has provided Hoyne-Clancy with practical experience and a strategic perspective to support clients across a broad range of industries.

Hoyne-Clancy moves from Justitia, a specialist workplace firm.

Managing principal Michelle Dawson said she was “incredibly excited” to have Hoyne-Clancy join the team.

“Francine’s knowledge and client-first approach reflect the values of our practice, making her a valuable addition to the team.

“Her appointment reinforces Emplawyer’s continued commitment and focus on providing unrivalled expertise, value and excellence in client service in the provision of practical legal support and employment law solutions to its employer clients – public and private, large and small, Australia-wide,” Dawson said.

Commenting on the move, Hoyne-Clancy said she was thrilled to be joining an “incredibly accomplished team”.

“Having worked with Michelle previously, there remains a genuine alignment in our approach and value as practitioners.

“Emplawyer hits the right balance between providing clients with high-level technical expertise and sensible commercial strategy and a no-nonsense approach,” Hoyne-Clancy said.

“I look forward to being part of Emplawyer’s continued growth and success in the years to come.”
