Queensland-based Creevey Horrell Lawyers has strengthened its expanding family and relationship law practice with the appointment of a highly experienced senior associate.
Max Sutton (pictured) has joined Creevey Horrell Lawyers as a senior associate in the firm’s family and relationship law team, where he will be based at its Toowoomba office.
Bringing close to a decade of experience in the field, Sutton has practised exclusively in family law, with much of his work focused on supporting individuals and families across rural and regional communities.
His expertise spans a broad range of matters, including divorce proceedings, parenting arrangements, property settlements, de facto relationship disputes, child support issues, domestic and family violence matters, mediation, and litigation.
Before joining the Queensland-based firm, he spent nearly 12 years at Best Wilson Buckley Family Law, where he most recently served as both legal practice manager and senior associate.
Dan Creevey, principal of Creevey Horrell, shared how Sutton has earned a reputation for bringing clarity and reassurance to clients at a difficult time, offering steady guidance grounded in practical legal insight.
