Clutz steals partner from PwC

Former PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) partner Stephen Moulton has joined Clayton Utz.

Moulton will join Clayton Utz as a partner on 1 June. He spent three years working as a partner with PwC. Prior to joining PwC Moulton was the chairman of partners and a former managing partner at Mills Oakley Lawyers, where he founded its corporate practice.

Moulton has been a director of the Carlton Football Club since 2006 and the O'Brien Foundation Ltd (formerly Microsurgery Foundation Ltd) since 2000.

Clutz’s national corporate practice head, Graham Taylor, said Moulton brings diverse experience having acted for a range of high-profile corporate clients over many years.
