Four promotions Cooked up

Rigby Cooke Lawyers has made four promotions to senior associate level.

Julia Cameron (commercial), Natalie Chapman (property), Ben Elbaum (tax and wealth) and Paul O'Halloran (employment law and workplace relations) have all been appointed as senior associates.

 
 

Cameron (pictured) advises on a range of commercial, corporate and intellectual property matters and acts for international and local clients across a range of industries, including retail, gaming, healthcare, medical technology and hospitality.

Chapman provides advice across a range of property law areas including commercial and retail leasing, property developments and sales and acquisitions. She has also advised clients on corporate and commercial transactions, including capital raisings, business and share sales and acquisitions and corporate restructuring.

Elbaum advises clients in a diverse range of tax-related matters, including on the implications of business transactions, compensation payments and employment-related issues. He has assisted clients in relation to both federal and state taxes and has experience in implementing practical strategies to effectively deal with tax-related issues.

O'Halloran provides practical legal advice and strategies to employers in a diverse range of industries in relation to employment and industrial issues that arise in all phases of the employment relationship.
