The Law Society of Western Australia president Dr Christopher Kendall said the Society looks forward to working with the new AG.
Before being elected to State Parliament, Mischin worked as a barrister and solicitor and as a senior State Prosecutor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia.
Mischin was formerly Parliamentary Secretary to the Attorney General. He was also Chairman of the Standing Committee on Legislation, Deputy Chairman of Committees and a member of the Standing Committee on Procedure and Privileges.
