Cormack has joined HWL from Gadens Lawyers, where he was a partner for seven years.

Prior to that, he worked in the banking & finance team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth.

Cormack has more than 33 years’ experience in advising some of Australia's leading banking and financial services institutions. His experience advising on commercial lending transactions extends from the SME space through to the institutional level with a particular emphasis on the corporate, commercial and business banking spaces.
