Tsang was most recently in-house employment/IR counsel for an ASX100 company. She has also practised in employment law and industrial relations for a national top-tier and a mid-tier WA-based firm.

Mark Hemery, CEO, said: “Charmaine is an exciting addition to our workplace relations practice. Her considerable skills and experience complement our existing practices and we are confident that our clients will benefit from her background in private legal practice and as in-house counsel.”

Commenting on her appointment, Tsang said: “I am pleased to join Talbot Olivier and, leveraging off my prior experience, to provide practical, client-orientated solutions, consistent with commercial and strategic interests.”

Tsang’s background also includes general commercial litigation.
