Swaab Attorneys has appointed its first managing partner in four years to work alongside long-time CEO Bronwyn Pott.
The Sydney firm announced today (24 February) that it has promoted property partner Mary Digiglio (pictured) to managing partner.
Digiglio, 38, has been a partner at Swaab for more than five years.
“This is a huge learning curve for me, as it is for any partner being appointed to such a position. I am grateful to have the benefit of Bronwyn’s corporate knowledge at my side,” said Digiglio.
The firm claimed the appointment was the culmination of a 10-year-long succession plan, which has also driven an increase in partner and solicitor numbers.
Swaab currently has 14 partners.
