The M&A specialist has been a lawyer at Clutz for more than 20 years. She has acted on a range of deals, including Spotless Group Limited’s $720 million acquisition by Pacific Equity Partners and Singapore Exchange Limited's proposed $16 billion merger with ASX Ltd.
Two Sydney silks have also been appointed to the Panel: Ian Jackman SC from Eight Selborne and John Sheahan QC from 5 Wentworth.
