Lander & Rogers has appointed Greg Spring as its new CFO and lured Pier Advisory founder Jeffrey Naqvi to head its marketing team.

Naqvi (pictured), who has often spoke about global law firm developments in Australia, has prior experience as the global deputy chief marketing officer at the international firm Dentons.

He has been appointed to lead Landers business development and marketing team.

Spring, a chartered accountant, was most recently the chief financial officer of ANZ's global services and operations and corporate centre divisions.

“With our new Brisbane offering completing our Eastern Seaboard footprint, our management team will be instrumental in helping drive our firm towards greater success,” said Landers chief operating officer Elizabeth Parkin.
