Bradley (pictured right) is based in Melbourne and Cornwell has joined the firm’s Sydney team.

Bradley has experience in complex M&A transactions, infrastructure projects, joint ventures, procurement, PPPs and competition law.

His expertise covers many industries including energy and resources, rail and road transport, water, infrastructure, telecommunications, health and government.

David-Cornwell-2.jpgCornwell (pictured below) has ties to Asia as he lived there for several years when he worked as a partner for an international law firm. He has worked on a range of international corporate and capital market transactions.

Piper Alderman’s managing partner Tony Phelps commented on the appointments.

“[We] continue to be an important destination for senior lawyers looking to move away from larger firms in order to provide a more personalised, tailored service for their clients.”
