Managing director Philip Laity said, “We are excited to be working with Kate again. She is an exceptionally talented and highly regarded corporate and commercial lawyer who’s M&A experience adds to our offering as a premium M&A legal team in South Australia.”

Laity, who was a partner at JWS for 16 years, started Laity Morrow with his JWS partnership-colleague Kerry Morrow just over 12 months ago.

Lyttle was with JWS for 12 years, most recently acting as special counsel.

She has experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as a broad range of commercial transactions and corporate advisory work.

Lyttle also undertook a number of secondments to major institutional clients during her time at JWS.

Former Kelly & Co banking & finance head Martin Lovell also recently joined the boutique firm (1 July).

Laity Morrow now has a total of four directors.
