Dirk Fairweather (pictured) was formerly a principal at Maxim Litigation Consultants and prior to that he practised in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution division of Allens’ Perth office.

 “We are very excited that Dirk has agreed to join our firm as his highly-regarded reputation, top-level technical skills and substantial experience add significant strength to Allion,” said Philip Lucas, the firm’s managing principal, adding that Allion worked closely with Fairweather during his time at Maxim.

Allion now has a total of eleven principals and more than fifty professional staff.

Fairweather will start in his new position at the beginning of July.
