Anthony has experience in major projects and property development. She previously worked in Clayton Utz’s property team in Sydney and Perth and at King & Wood Mallesons (then Mallesons Stephen Jaques).
Anthony has acted for a range of private organisations, including Brookfield Multiplex and Mirvac. She also has government experience, previously representing the NSW Government in the Barangaroo waterfront renewal project on Sydney Harbour.
“Working with Nexus has given me the freedom to pursue excellent career prospects [while] being able to choose when, where and how I work,” said Anthony.
Nexus has made a series of hires in recent months. In August, former McCullough Robertson partner Brendan Tobin joined Nexus’ Newcastle office.
That same month, commercial and construction specialist Nawzer Billimoria left his in-house position at Lend Lease to join the firm.
Last month, Nexus hired former member of the NSW parliament John Turner as a legal consultant.
Nexus is Australia’s first full-service dispersed law firm. It reverses the traditional remuneration model, allowing lawyers to keep 70 per cent of their billings.
