Real estate partner Andrea Rezos is set to join Norton Rose Fulbright’s Perth office.

Ms Rezos will start at NRF on 3 March, bringing experience in large property and infrastructure development, sales, leasing, acquisition of commercial properties, retail, tourism, agribusiness and industrial.

She was a partner at Ashurst since 1999 before moving to NRF.

Managing partner in Australia Wayne Spanner said Ms Rezos’ depth of knowledge of the real estate market would be hugely beneficial to NRF’s clients.

“Andrea [is a] fine example of the sort of capability and experience we are adding to our business,” he said.

Ms Rezos' is just one of several recent moves involving NRF.

NRF insurance litigator Jehan-Philippe Wood recently relocated to Perth from the London office.

“I am excited to be part of the national insurance practice in Australia and by the opportunity to strengthen our disputes and investigations teams," said Mr Wood.

Construction partner Adrienne Parker also recently moved to NRF’s Perth office, leaving her role as a partner at Clayton Utz.

Finally, last month, NRF national leader Derek La Ferla moved to Western Australian firm Lavan Legal, while global head of energy Simon Currie relocated from London to the Sydney office.
