Erika Williams has left her role as associate at a global firm to take up the role of senior associate at McCullough Robertson.

Ms Williams (pictured) was an associate in the general commercial litigation team at Baker & McKenzie in Sydney before relocating to Brisbane to join McCullough Robertson’s arbitration group as a senior associate.

Ms Williams has developed a specialist practice in international dispute resolution and, in particular, international commercial arbitration.

“Erika is a class addition to the firm in this space and we are delighted to welcome her,” said John Kettle, head of the international group at McCullough Robertson.

“As an independent firm that does not suffer from the conflicts of interest or one-size-fits-all approach presented to clients by the global firms, her specialist arbitration expertise and international experience bolsters an already burgeoning practice.”

Ms Williams said she is looking forward to working with the head of arbitration at McCullough Robertson, partner Russell Thirgood.
