Prior to her new role, Ms Mulcahy was a practice head at People + Culture Strategies’ Melbourne office. Before this she was special counsel – workplace relations at Clayton Utz and a director at Trindade Farr & Pill Workplace Relations Lawyers.

Ms Mulcahy brings to the role extensive experience across a range of sectors, including construction, franchise, retail, health, maintenance, tertiary education, finance, insurance, labour hire and manufacturing.

Gadens Melbourne CEO Grant Scott-Hayward welcomed Ms Mulcahy’s appointment, saying she will be an integral addition to the firm’s health and safety team.
