Most recently a director of Watermark Intellectual Property Lawyers for five years, Sanders joins DLA's IP and technology practice and will be based in the firm's Melbourne office.
Sanders is experienced in Federal Court patent litigation cases and dispute resolution, drafting licensing and manufacturing agreements and advising on confidentiality, trade mark disputes and branding.
She has advised clients in the engineering, building and construction and consumer products sectors as well as on pharmaceuticals for the treatment of diabetes, high cholesterol and cardiovascular conditions.
Sanders has a Bachelor of Science degree, a Masters in Industrial Property, and is a registered patent attorney in both Australia and New Zealand.
