Corporate law specialist Chris Greiner has joined the firm as a consultant. Greiner has moved to Ryan Lawyers from Blake Dawson where he was a partner for 24 years. His areas of expertise include general corporate and commercial, contracts, Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules advice, unregulated mergers and acquisitions and incorporated joint venture and aged care.
David Tindale, an experience commercial property lawyer, has joined the firm as a special counsel. Tindale brings to Ryan Lawyers more than 20 years experience in both Queensland and New South Wales, which includes working for five years Mallesons Stephen Jaques. He has advised corporations such as Japanese property tourism investor Daikyo in Queensland and the Federal Airports Corporation.
Also joining the firm as a special counsel, Sarah Southall has more than15 years experience in the areas of construction and engineering, major projects, infrastructure and tourism and hospitality. She has moved to Ryan Lawyers from Thiess where she was a legal consultant.
Her previous experience includes working for more than eight years in private firms including Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Blake Dawson, and for four years as a corporate counsel for Walter Construction Group.
