TRUMAN HOYLE has expanded its corporate and commercial group with the appointment of Lyle Abel as partner and Damien Timms as lawyer.

Abel’s practice focus is on private equity and venture capital investment, joint venture establishment and franchise arrangements.
Meanwhile, Timms is formerly an associate to the president of the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW, bringing to the firm considerable experience as a commercial and litigation lawyer.
“The appointment of our new team will significantly enhance Truman Hoyle’s service offering to its growing client base in the technology, communications and media sectors,” managing partner Shane Barber said.
