Adexum buys into Peopleplan

Two firms have advised on Australian private equity house Adexum Capital’s investment into consulting firm Peopleplan Holdings.

Key players: Partner Paul Stephenson (pictured) led the HWL Ebsworth team, assisted by special counsel Sanushka Seomangal, partner John Gray and partner Steven Penning.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team was led by partner Richard Lewis.

Deal significance: Adexum Capital is an Australian private equity house.

Peopleplan Holdings is an aggregation of five business units, including a software firm, specialising in learning and development, a merchandising and retail training business unit and registered training organisations.

Adexum Capital's investment in Peopleplan Holdings occurred during the same time that Peopleplan Holdings' acquisition of the five business units was completed.
