Lander & Rogers will move its Melbourne office to Olderfleet at 477 Collins Street, joining the likes of Deloitte, Norton Rose Fulbright and Kids Club Early Learning Centres.

The flagship Melbourne office tower for the Mirvac Group will see Lander & Rogers occupying levels 12 to 15 of the “advanced commercial building”, which according to a Mirvac statement, “will include technology-enabled workplaces and sustainability features.”

For Lander & Rogers’ chief executive partner Genevieve Collins, the relocation to Olderfleet “marks an incredibly exciting time for the entire firm and forms a key part of our future-focused journey.”

“It will give us the opportunity to create our own contemporary environment, enabling us to work collaboratively while inspiring the creativity that will drive innovation in our client service delivery — giving both our people and clients an exceptional experience,” Ms Collins noted.

It’s important that the new premises will feature a number of “excellent benefits to support the work/life balance of our people”, she continued, reinforcing the firm's commitment “to our people's health and wellbeing.”

Mirvac’s development director Frank Lonetti said the company was “delighted” to have Lander & Rogers sign on as an Olderfleet tenant: “Lander & Rogers, a prestigious professional services organisation, was drawn to the unique working environment, amenities and the enhanced experience that Olderfleet will deliver for workers.”

Facilities that will be available on-site at Olderfleet include a wellness centre, luxurious hotel-style end-of-trip facilities, and 410 car parking spaces with direct access to the childcare centre.

Flexible workspaces will be integrated into a “vibrant mixed-use precinct” with food and beverage offerings along Collins Street and Flinders Lane.

With construction progressing as per schedule, the building is scheduled to be completed in 2020.

The building is targeting a 5 Star Green Star rating, a 5 Star NABERS energy rating and a Platinum WELL Certification, according to Mirvac.
