A Queensland Law Society accredited specialist in workplace relations law, Mr Inglis’ experience has seen him negotiate complex national industrial agreement and enterprise bargaining with unions and other representatives, the firm said.
He has also undertaken complex employment litigation in the Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court, and Fair Work Commission, as well as dealing with unions and industrial associations.
Sparke’s national managing partner Phillip Salem said he is thrilled that Mr Inglis has decided to join the firm.
“We have a relentless focus on providing exceptional, value-add service to our workplace clients, and are excited to expand our team with this high-calibre hire,” he explained.
“Jackson also bolsters the number of partners in our Brisbane office to seven, joining recent new partners Mark Sainsbury and Kiley Hodges,” Mr Salem noted.
“Queensland is an important market for us and we continue to invest to ensure the best outcome for our local clients.”
