Deal significance: The 120 megawatt Bomen Solar Farm in Wagga Wagga, NSW is underpinned by two power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Westpac and Flow Power, according to a statement from NRF.

The project will provide the Wagga Wagga community with job opportunities, create significant local economic growth and boost the growing renewable energy sector in NSW.

“It is pleasing to be able to support Renew Estate on a solar farm development that will bring real benefits to regional NSW,” said NRF partner Martin Irwin.

“The sale continues the strong pipeline of renewable energy deals Norton Rose Fulbright has transacted in the last 12 months including industry deal award recipients Sunraysia solar farm, the Kwinana WtE and Vast Solar’s Jemalong West Plant.”
