Judge Andrew was last seen at his home early on Sunday, 4 October. An ongoing police investigation found that he had driven towards Mount Coot-tha, where he would usually take morning walks, but that he had not been heard from or seen since.

After a missing person report was filed, police discovered Judge Andrew’s car parked on Dillon Road. State Emergency Service personnel soon joined the police in a ground search of the area, which again resumed on Monday.

“Police and the man’s family hold concerns for his welfare,” the police statement read, alongside an image they released of Judge Andrew (pictured above).

Judge Andrew’s family has told police they are worried for his welfare as it was unusual for him to disappear without notice. There has been no indication of foul play.

In September, Judge Andrew was temporarily moved to Brisbane where he was asked to receive counselling, mentoring and have his sittings monitored.

The search continues.
