The annual survey gives legal professionals the unique opportunity to independently (and confidentially) express their opinion on what qualities and opportunities influence their decision to join a firm or make a move elsewhere, allowing us to have a greater understanding surrounding the expectations of today’s legal practitioner.
Examining where firms are doing well, and what areas they can improve on, is a prime consideration of the survey too, with responses allowing us to help communicate these demands to the wider legal industry.
If you have something to say about the following areas, let us know by completing the survey. We want to know your views on:
- Ongoing training and support for career development.
- Access to the right tools and technology.
- Workplace culture and company values.
- Career progression opportunities.
- Job security and stability.
The survey will only take a few minutes to complete. Click here to access it now.
