Moray & Agnew’s new address will be 477 Pitt Street as of 26 April. The firm has been at 233 Castlereagh Street, its present office, for 18 years. According to Moray & Agnew, the mid-tier law firm is the first such firm to move to this area in Haymarket.

Moray & Agnew managing partner Geoff Connellan commented: “The move presents a real opportunity to accommodate new ways of working, using technology and alternative working practices, to the advantage of all our teams. Hybrid working arrangements will feature within a light, bright environment in which our people can meet and collaborate with each other and our clients.”

Mr Connellan went on to explain the benefits of the new office for clients, employees and the environment: “Our new address offers great facilities for our staff and clients including event spaces, wellness activities and an outdoor terrace. It is also run 100 per cent on renewable energy and has a five star NABERS energy and indoor environment rating in line with our environmental sustainability initiatives.”

The new office in Haymarket is conveniently located near Central train station, with Belmore Park, a variety of accommodation options, and the popular Surry Hills area on its doorstep.

Mr Connellan observed: “I expect there will be a flow on effect with more professional services firms joining us as the tech hub plans for the precinct flourish.”
