Ofload undertakes $60m raise
Australian logistics start-up Ofload has been advised on its successful $60 million fundraising.

Deal: Ashurst has supported Ofload in its fundraising, two-thirds of which was equity and one-third of which was debt.

Key players: The Ashurst team was led by partner Stuart Dullard, who was assisted by senior associate Tom McCann, associates Rebecca Karpin and Jack Jones, partner Kenneth Tang, and senior associate Sophia Cook.
