Construction partner leaves Corrs for KWM
Global law firm King & Wood Mallesons has appointed a “well respected” construction partner from fellow BigLaw firm Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
Jane Hider (pictured) has joined KWM, having come over from Corrs Chambers Westgarth, where she served as a partner.

Ms Hider, KWM said in a statement, brings over two decades of experience to her new position, and specialises in major projects and procurement, real estate development, and transport and energy infrastructure.
She started in her new role on Tuesday (13 June).
Speaking about the appointment, KWM projects and real estate practice leader Simone Menz said that Ms Hider will help “further strengthen the breadth and depth” of the team.
“The team provides strategic support to our clients across the strong pipeline of major infrastructure and urban regeneration projects, as well as the phenomenal investment in the energy transition and renewables sector,” she said.
“Jane’s experience and skills will be invaluable to helping our clients realise those transformational opportunities.”
