Tammy Sava (pictured) has joined Macpherson Kelley in Adelaide as a principal in its wills and estates team.

She is, the firm said in a statement, a “highly regarded” wills and estates practitioner, with extensive experience advising highnetworth individuals, families, trustees and business owners across complex estate planning, administration and estate litigation matters.

Her expertise, the firm continued, includes complex testamentary trusts, asset protection strategies, blended family estate planning, superannuation and SMSF succession, and contested estate matters, as well as the administration of complex and highvalue estates.

Sava is admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia and is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Women Lawyers’ Association of South Australia.

The news follows the firm’s promotion of eight lawyers, including two to principal in January, as well as its addition of a principal to its employment, safety, and migration team in November.

Speaking about the hire, the firm’s national managing partner, Grant Guenther, said: “Tammy is an outstanding addition to our wills and estates team. Her technical excellence and genuine commitment to client care strongly support our continued growth in South Australia and across the firm.

“Her appointment also reflects the depth of female leadership within our private client practice.”

Sava said: “I am delighted to be joining Macpherson Kelley at a time of strong momentum for the firm. The firm’s collaborative culture and focus on delivering practical, commercially informed advice strongly align with how I practise and how I support my clients.”
