Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer (HSF Kramer) has elevated eight of its lawyers across its Australian offices to executive counsel, with the appointments effective from 1 May.

These promotions form part of the global law firm’s broader promotions round, which saw 32 lawyers elevated across its international network.

The appointments span seven distinct practice areas, including projects, employment, competition, tax, corporate governance, and real estate, across the firm’s Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane offices.

Kristin Stammer, executive partner, Australia and Asia, HSF Kramer, expressed how the newly promoted cohort are highly skilled advisers recognised for both their technical expertise and their strong contributions to clients and the firm.

“Our new executive counsel are highly skilled and have been recognised for their outstanding contribution to our clients and firm,” Stammer said.
