Gadens has strengthened its national partnership with the promotion of four of its lawyers to its partnership ranks across its Brisbane and Sydney offices.

The newly promoted partners are Sandra Camilleri (intellectual property and technology, Brisbane), Shane Wacker (corporate advisory, Brisbane), Tegan Harris (litigation, Brisbane) and Yangmin Park (real estate, Sydney).

These appointments will take effect from 1 July 2026.

This news follows a period of strong expansion for Gadens, which brought in eight new partners across all four of its Australian offices in late April.

The addition of four new partners brings the national law firm’s partnership to more than 120.

Alongside the partner promotions, the firm has also elevated three senior associates and eight special counsel, as part of its broader talent development strategy.

With more than five years at the firm, Sandra Camilleri has built a strong reputation in intellectual property law, advising clients on the protection, commercialisation and enforcement of valuable IP assets.

Having been with the firm since university, Wacker has developed deep expertise in major commercial projects and complex agreements, with significant experience across the energy sector.

Yangmin Park brings extensive property expertise, advising on acquisitions, leasing, development, and divestment across commercial, retail and retirement living assets.

Prior to joining Gadens, he spent more than 12 years in-house, including responsibility for a national retail portfolio within an A-REIT valued at more than $5 billion.

Speaking about the appointments, Mark Pistilli, chief executive officer and managing partner of Gadens, said the promotions reflect the firm’s deliberate growth strategy, which is focused on strengthening its position in priority markets, deepening sector expertise and delivering consistently high-quality legal advice to clients nationwide.

“Gadens is growing with purpose. In the past year, we have expanded our national footprint, re-established our presence in Western Australia and welcomed high-calibre lateral partners across key practice areas,” Pistilli stated.

Pistilli added: “Our people are central to this strategy. We recognise performance and contribution, and this cohort of market-leading lawyers brings exceptional capability. I am confident they will make a meaningful and lasting impact.”
