New firm breaks away from Atanaskovic Hartnell

Diana Chang, Mark Pistilli and Danny Simmons, formerly equity partners of Atanaskovic Hartnell, have formed a new practice, Chang, Pistilli & Simmons, which commenced on 1 July 2006 at Plaza Building, Australia Square, Level 13, 95 Pitt Street Sydney. They have been joined by Jane Ann Gray, a former partner of Atanaskovic Hartnell and recently a partner of Middletons, and Justine Cameron, Nyssa Cherry, Joni Henry, Amelia Kelly, Fiona Lovell, Jason Mendens and Lance Sacks (all formerly solicitors with Atanaskovic Hartnell). Chang, Pistilli & Simmons specialises in corporate and commercial law matters, including litigation and disputes.
