Corrs Chambers Westgarth CEO John Denton has added yet another string to his bow, having been recently appointed the deputy chair of the Australian Council for the Arts.
Denton was congratulated by Minister for the Arts Peter Garrett, who noted that Denton's "mix of business, legal and arts sector skills is a great asset to the position". James Strong AO was also reappointed chair of the council.
Denton's list of leadership roles includes being a member of the APEC Business Advisory Council, a board member of the Business Council of Australia, deputy chair of the Melbourne International Arts Festival and a former cultural attache to Moscow.
