Piper Alderman has today (31 August) announced the appointment of Brisbane partner Greg Whyte as the national head of the firm's dispute resolution division, following Tony Phelps' appointment as managing partner.

Whyte practices all forms of dispute resolution with a focus on commercial and corporate disputes and general and marine insurance.

"Greg joined Piper Alderman as a founding member of the Brisbane office in 2004 and has been integral in building the firm's presence in Queensland," Phelps said. "He is a well-respected and liked member of the team which will assist him greatly in leading our largest division across the country."
