Lander & Rogers has made three senior appointments in Melbourne and Sydney, raiding the top tier and Baker & McKenzie.
Rachel Felix-Davies has joined the firm's Sydney property, projects and infrastructure team as a senior associate from Freehills. She has more than 10 years experience as a commercial property lawyer, focusing on leasing, acquisitions and disposals of commercial, retail and industrial property.
Ben Dowling has joined the firm's insurance law and litigation group in Melbourne as a senior associate. He has experience in commercial disputes over a broad range of state and federal jurisdictions and is currently involved in a large, complex and multi-faceted recovery claim for a group of insurers.
Also joining Lander & Rogers' insurance law and litigation group is former Bakers lawyer Emma Pelka-Caven.
Pelka-Caven most recently worked in Bakers Hong Kong office on large scale financial services litigation and general commercial disputes. She has also worked at the firm's Melbourne office.
Joining the firm as a senior associate, Pelka-Caven's practice will include professional indemnity, financial institutions and directors' and officers' liability disputes.
