Blakiston & Crabb has begun 2011 with the promotion of lawyer Callista Barrett to the level of senior associate.

Since joining the firm in 2008, Barrett has specialised in the area of resources, advising clients in relation to joint ventures and strategic alliances, acquisitions of mining assets, royalty agreements and mining and supply contracts.

"I am delighted to announce Callista's promotion to senior associate. This appointment recognises Callista's dedication, her technical ability and the rapport she has developed with clients," said managing partner Michael Blakiston.
