HSF advises on Star acquisition

Deal significance: The transaction, which was completed on 13 March, involved the acquisition by Blue Star Group Australia of certain assets of GEON, which is presently under receivership.
Dunne said: “Having recently advised Wolseley and Caxton on the acquisition of the Blue Star business, it was great to implement a follow-on acquisition so quickly after the first transaction.”
